What is Global Warming?
By now everyone has heard of this several times, and everyone has their own opinion about it. This is global warming. When I think of global warming I think of everything getting warmer, less snow since the planet is changing, and I think about all the animals that are in danger from all the glaciers melting. When I asked my dad what he thought about it he said he thinks instead of the planet just getting warmer, that it is the planet having more serious weather patterns. What he was referring to was when is snows that we will have more intense snow storms, or when it is hot that it will stay hotter the usual. Then when you ask some other various adults they think it is fair to blame president bush for this. I don't agree with that because as bad as this has got it is more then one man can do alone. So I found this website and just by looking at the main page of it, it tells you a reasonable explanation for how it happened.

What effect does burning leaves have to do with the air we breathe?
I hear a lot of people argue back and forth if burning leaves is bad for you. I think it is since it gives off that odor that makes it hard to breath and with the heat from the flames just makes a uncomfortable situation to be in. While looking for some answers that I had about burning leaves I found this website that says it all. In the website it tells you that when burning leaves it gives off carbon monoxide, and other chemicals that can result in affecting people with allergies. Instead of burning leaves you can get rid of them in different ways. You can mulch leaves which will give the soil excellent nutrients, or you can even bag your leaves for collection. If you burn your leaves it is fine just look at that website and look what your polluting the air with, since those harmful chemicals in the smoke are not good for anyone.

What you can learn about judaism.
Judaism
There is alot to know about judaism and I am hoping that this blog will help you learn a little bit more. The Jews believed in the 13 articles of faith. Which is like the 10 commandments for christians. The 13 articles of faith are1. God exists.
2. God is one and unique.
3. God is incorporeal.
4. God is eternal.
5. Prayers are to god only.
6. The prophets spoke truth.
7. Moses was the greatest of the prophets.
8. The written and oral torah were given to moses.
9. There will be no other torah.
10. God know the thoughts and deeds of men.
11. God will reward the good and punish the wicked.
12. The messiah will come.
13. The dead will be resurrected.
Those 13 articles of faith is what the Jewish people base there religion off of.
Founder
Next, the founder known as Abraham made the religion. Up to now there are 14 million people that are part of this religion and they have expanded to Israel, Europe, and the U.S.A.
Scared texts
There are many interesting facts about the judaism religion, like the
sacred text they have is called the torah,(a picture of the torah is to the right.), and they still use the sacred book today.
Religious holidays
They have many religious holidays like the Passover, Hanukkah, and Rosh Hashanah. Passover is a holiday that celebrates when Moses, otherwise known as the messiah, helped lead the hebrews of of egypt. The name passover mean 10 plagues. Hanukkah is the Jewish festival of lights, it dates back 2 centuries before christianity, hanukkah means rededication and remembers the Jews struggles for religious freedom.
Customs and rituals
In addition, The religion judaism has a ritual that is for girls, and it is called a Bar Mitzvah. When a girl turns to the age 12 they are then expected to follow all of the commandments, they usually have a whole ceremony that they celebrate because it starts a new chapter into the girls life. Also another big custom for the Jewish people are to eat kosher foods, which is meat mixed with milk, wine, or grape juice.
Clothing
The people of judaism have a different clothing style then we are used to. They wear a black robe with a black hat and a shaytl or wig.
Hierarchy
The hierarchy for this religion starts of with the synagogue, a jewish church, then the synagogue would elect a member of the council to become a rabbi to take charge and the rabbi would then hire a preacher another religious leader without as much power as the rabbi.

How come when a football team loses, the first few people to blame are the quarter back and the lineman?
It is all most impossible to win a football game without your quarterback and lineman this is true, But if you can not run the ball with your running back or full backs you don't have part of your offense, and if you can not throw the football with your quarterback or your ends and wide receivers cant catch the ball then you lost your other part of your offense. Football isn't all about offense any way, you have your defense to help you, if your offense is good and your defense cant stop the opposing team then you don't have a good chance of winning the game. There are other factors to football like the special teams and what not. But blaming the lineman and the quarterback when you lose a game, will not do anything to make your team better. So if the next time you lose a game think about how you can do better and it will make you better as a team.

Staying calm when the going gets rough!
I just found a pretty cool website on getting along with people and to stay calm.
The website gave tips on a few things like what you should do when you start to get mad, for example you should take deep breaths trying to concentrate how to relax your body, the you should count to 10 slowly, think about all of your concequences for your actions that you are thinking about doing the realize its probably not worth it. Then other topics in this website are how you should deal with anger, how to get out of stressful situations, and much more for other problems aswell,
I think this website would get good for all ages, but mostly for the teens and pre teens.
These tips and techniques are good with football and all sports because you might have a problem with someone on the team, either a coach, a player, or maybe a manager, and you can use these steps to not get in trouble and to make sure that you wont get in a fight, while avoiding the problem.

Football!
As part of team 3, I am excited to be blogging this year on the topic of co-existence. Right now, you are probably thinking what this blog could be about. This blog is about the greatest sport ever to be made up, and this sport is football. Football may be one of the roughest, hardest, and most emotional sport of all time, but in the end when your team scores the winning touch down with 5 seconds left on the clock you know that all the training was worth it. The football field is a huge place for the first few games, it is 100 yards from one end to the other and it is 50 yards wide. For the football players it is their battle grounds were you battle the other team to find out who can score more touchdowns -thats when you get to the end zone on the other team.- Football is played by 2 teams at a time, each with 11 players on the field at a time, out on the field there will be the offense -the team who has the ball- The offense will go against the defense, -they have to try to stop the offense from scoring a touchdown.- at the end of the game the team with the most points wins the game, they shake hands and that game is over, then in a weeks time those teams will go play another team ready to battle for the win!
