Staying calm when the going gets rough!

I just found a pretty cool website on getting along with people and to stay calm.
The website gave tips on a few things like what you should do when you start to get mad, for example you should take deep breaths trying to concentrate how to relax your body, the you should count to 10 slowly, think about all of your concequences for your actions that you are thinking about doing the realize its probably not worth it. Then other topics in this website are how you should deal with anger, how to get out of stressful situations, and much more for other problems aswell,
I think this website would get good for all ages, but mostly for the teens and pre teens.
These tips and techniques are good with football and all sports because you might have a problem with someone on the team, either a coach, a player, or maybe a manager, and you can use these steps to not get in trouble and to make sure that you wont get in a fight, while avoiding the problem.

Football!

As part of team 3, I am excited to be blogging this year on the topic of co-existence. Right now, you are probably thinking what this blog could be about. This blog is about the greatest sport ever to be made up, and this sport is football. Football may be one of the roughest, hardest, and most emotional sport of all time, but in the end when your team scores the winning touch down with 5 seconds left on the clock you know that all the training was worth it. The football field is a huge place for the first few games, it is 100 yards from one end to the other and it is 50 yards wide. For the football players it is their battle grounds were you battle the other team to find out who can score more touchdowns -thats when you get to the end zone on the other team.- Football is played by 2 teams at a time, each with 11 players on the field at a time, out on the field there will be the offense -the team who has the ball- The offense will go against the defense, -they have to try to stop the offense from scoring a touchdown.- at the end of the game the team with the most points wins the game, they shake hands and that game is over, then in a weeks time those teams will go play another team ready to battle for the win!
